COST
AUCH Member: $100 per attendee 
Non-Member: $150 per attendee 

TARGET AUDIENCE
Medical Directors, COOs, Operations, and Human Resources. 

OVERVIEW
Build the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role as a front desk professional at a Community Health Center.

Front Desk Academy participants will receive comprehensive training on:

  • Working with community health center patients, including special and vulnerable populations.
  • The roles, responsibilities, and daily tasks associated with working at the front desk in a medical setting.
