OVERVIEW
Build the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role as a front desk professional at a Community Health Center.
Front Desk Academy participants will receive comprehensive training on:
- Working with community health center patients, including special and vulnerable populations.
- The roles, responsibilities, and daily tasks associated with working at the front desk in a medical setting.
