Training Overview:

The Health Insurance Premium Support (HIPS) program provides financial assistance to eligible individuals who enroll in a qualified health plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Individuals who qualify for the HIPS program are low income and face a significant financial obstacle in obtaining health insurance. The HIPS program will be open for enrollment starting November 1, 2018. HIPS support will be distributed on a first-come first served basis to ensure appropriate distribution of funding.
