OVERVIEW:  Becky Finney from Community Link Consulting will briefly present how to access Provider Statistical and Reimbursement System (PS&R) reports through the CMS Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) system, and how to submit your Medicare cost report electronically through the Medicare Cost Report e-filing (MCReF)system. Monique Dumond from Community Link Consulting will spend the remainder of the hour presenting on tips to avoid an Operational Site Visit (OSV) finding in the Sliding Fee Discount Program. The Sliding Fee Discount Program is one of the HRSA Health Center Compliance program requirement areas where Health Centers often are found out of compliance during the OSV. This presentation will highlight some of the most common elements of the HRSA Health Center Compliance Manual, Chapter 9:Sliding Fee Discount Program, which are found to be out of compliance during OSVs. We will discuss some tips and helpful practices to help your health center ensure compliance with the SFD Prequirements.
