OVERVIEW: Please join us for this post Care Coordination/Community Health Worker training opportunity. It is not required that you attend the Care Coordination training, but it is recommended. Cancer 101 will cover basics about what cancer is, risk factors, cancer disparities in your community, stages of readiness, cancer prevention strategies, and evidence based interventions.
