Community Health Centers are an ideal place to call your “medical home” in Utah. They cater to the specific needs of your community and are often a “one-stop-shop” for your primary and preventive medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy needs.

Because CHCs provide a unique and comprehensive approach to healthcare, your providers truly get to know you and your family and care about your long-term health. And since CHCs serve all patients regardless of ability to pay, you can continue seeing your doctor if you happen to lose coverage, or continue coming if you gain coverage!
