    Mental Health First Aid is a blended learning workshop that includes 2 hours of self-paced study in the online learning portal, followed by 6.5 hours of virtual instruction and skills practice via Zoom. This evidence-based course is designed for community members, paraprofessionals, clergy- anyone interested in supporting a person who might be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. The skills you learn will help you feel more prepared to help a person who might be experiencing common mental health concerns such as a mood disorder, psychosis, thoughts of suicide, self-harm, or substance abuse. Learn how to be a caring and responsive friend or family member and assist another on their path to recovery.
