211 Utah is a statewide, collaborative service dedicated to helping Utahns connect quickly and effectively to essential health and human resources. Powered by the United Ways of Utah and strengthened by an extensive network of partners and service providers, 211 Utah relies on teamwork to meet real needs in real time.
This training provides an in-depth understanding of how 211 Utah operates, the services it offers, and the critical role that providers and community partners play in supporting Utahns. Participants will explore 211 Utah’s promotion tools, referral process, and the network of nearly 3,000 providers and 10,000 services. Whether you’re a frontline worker, partner organization, or community advocate, this training will equip you to confidentially share, promote, and utilize 211 Utah to help people navigate complex systems and access needed support.
