Day One: Thursday, October 22 | Azara Learning Session (in-person only)
Overview: This session from Azara Healthcare will provide education on UDS reporting prep, data hygiene, and a beginning-to-end patient visit workflow, focusing on role-specific tools and best practices at every point of patient care.
Day Two: Friday, October 23 | UDS Annual Updates (hybrid)
Overview: Attendees will gain an understanding of UDS reporting, including the patient profile, reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators, operational and financial tables, and other required UDS reporting forms; learn about the new requirements included in 2026 reporting; learn tips for success, including strategies for submission; and receive valuable resources that provide further reporting guidance.
