OVERVIEW: CMS overhauled Evaluation and Management (E/M) visit payment and documentation, effective January 1, 2021. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, understanding covered benefits, guidance and related claims information for patients with Medicare coverage can be a challenge both prior to and during the current COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.  This webinar will address 2021 updates and reminders for approved telecommunication methods and associated Medicare guidance to assist attendees in navigating billing, coding and claims submission for telehealth services.
