OVERVIEW
Tara Schroeder, FQHC Health Equity Manager for Exact Sciences, will be presenting on the Cologuard Patient Assistant Program. This program helps low income, underinsured and uninsured health center patients gain access to Cologuard kits for colorectal cancer screening. This training will review program requirements, implementation process and EHR and workflow integration.
