Overview

Utah Partners for Health offers primary and preventive healthcare services in Midvale at Mid-Valley Health Clinic and behavioral health services at their Behavioral Health Clinic. Mobile clinics offer medical and vision service across Salt Lake and Tooele counties. UPFH serves insured, uninsured, and underinsured individuals and families. Utah Partners for Health is the only Health Center in Utah to offer medical services through a mobile clinic.
