Four Points Community Health Centers (formerly known as Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah) has expanded comprehensive primary and preventive health care services at two clinics for insured, uninsured, and underinsured individuals and families of Paiute, Millard, Sevier and Beaver Counties. The clinics are two of Utah’s newest health centers.

While Four Points Community Health Centers serve all residents regardless of ability to pay, they offer specialized services to meet the needs of the Cedar, Indian Peaks, Kanosh, Koosharem, and Shivwits Bands of the Paiute Indian Tribe and migrant and seasonal agricultural workers and their families.
