This interactive\, hands-on training is designed to strengthen compassionate communication and teamwork among healthcare professionals. Through guided reflection\, evidence-based strategies\, and practical skill-building\, participants will learn to create meaningful connections with patients and colleagues while managing the challenges of frontline care. The series combines self-assessment\, discussion\, and hands-on learning to promote excellence in patient care\, enhance emotional intelligence\, and support personal well-being.  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWhile the virtual sessions build foundational knowledge\, covering health center operations\, professional pathways\, frontline excellence\, and communication skills\, this in-person session provides an opportunity to:  \n\n\n\n\nPractice compassionate communication techniques in live simulations with peers and facilitators. \n\n\n\nApply de-escalation strategies and conflict management tools in realistic\, high-pressure scenarios. \n\n\n\nStrengthen teamwork and inter-professional collaboration through structured group exercises. \n\n\n\nReflect on personal strengths\, challenges\, and areas for growth in patient and team interactions. \n\n\n\nIntegrate self-care strategies into daily practice to maintain resilience and prevent burnout. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBy connecting theory from the virtual sessions with hands-on skill practice\, the in-person session ensures participants are ready to implement compassionate\, patient-centered care and effective team collaboration in their day-to-day work.  \n\n\n\nCompletion of both the virtual series and one in-person session is required to earn the Frontline Foundations Certificate of Completion.
