Front Desk Academy Workgroup: Enhancing Productivity Through Teamwork

OVERVIEW: In response to requests from many participating in the Front Desk Academy workgroup, we are providing a training tomorrow by Centerprise entitled "Enhancing Productivity Through Teamwork". This training is free and is a replacement for the regularly scheduled session. 

There is no prep-work necessary to attend, and this is open to all operations staff. The theme is on roles, responsibilities, and teamwork between the front office and the "back" office or clinical team. 

We encourage anyone in the operations team to attend including those who supervise MA/Clinical teams, front office staff, and others.
