Health Center Operations Metrics

Overview: Most Health Centers monitor basic operating metrics, such as provider productivity. However, those metrics show only the results, not the inner workings of Health Center operations.  The integrated practice management/electronic health records systems have opened new avenues for Health Centers to report on operations. This session will cover reporting on key operating metrics in areas such as scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency, with an eye towards identifying how operations can be improved.
