UDS Training

REGISTRATION ENDS THURSDAY, OCTOBER 24.

OVERVIEW: The Uniform Data System (UDS) Annual Training is a full-day program covering the preparation of the 2019 UDS Report. The training addresses each of the report’s tables, focusing on changes that may have been made, definitions necessary to complete the UDS Report, and common problems/errors.

This training is targeted toward those who are responsible for the UDS Report, including new and veteran staff looking to hone their reporting skills.

TRAINER BIO: Michelle Vatalaro Dawson, MPH, has worked closely with Federally Qualified Health Centers on Uniform Data System reporting for the last eight years. Ms. Dawson provides tailored guidance and tailored technical assistance on reporting requirements, clinical performance measurement, and related workflows to the health center program and supporting organizations. Ms. Dawson also develops training materials to guide these processes and provides direct support to implementation. Ms. Dawson also works with health centers and Look-Alike programs to successfully complete their 330 applications. In addition to her UDS work, Ms. Dawson also works with health care organizations on the integration of behavioral health and primary care, as well as in HIV prevention and care.
