SESSION OVERVIEW: The interplay between diabetes and depression is significant and the presence of one decreases the positive outcomes of the other. Diabetes management is also complicated by social determinants of health needs and by cultural barriers. This session will focus on accessing the skills of the whole team in partnering with the patient to improve outcomes for diabetes.
