SESSION 5: Telehealth Promise and Challenge

SESSION OVERVIEW: The opportunity to provide telehealth visits has increased access for many people and decreased no show visits. Changing the flow of visits from rooming to check out can present challenging with providing appropriate screening and assessment. This session will focus on building virtual workflows for screening; review what we are learning about who does best with virtual care; how to do a warm handoff; and discuss considerations for who needs face to face care.
