Immediate Postpartum IUD Placement/Nexplanon Training Session

AUCH is offering these free IUD insertion trainings as a post-conference session.

The first half of the session will review safety data and technique for immediate postpartum IUD placement. It will include hands-on training for clinical providers.

The second hour is the Nexplanon training session. This session is sponsored by Merck Pharmaceuticals and is their official training on Nexplanon contraceptive implant insertion. This session will cover clinical data for this highly effective method of contraception as well technical training in insertion and removal.

LOCATION: Utah Cultural Celebration Center

NOTE: Even if you have registered for the Primary Care Conference, you must register for this separately. This session is open to AUCH members. You do not need to attend the Conference to register for this session.
