During this introductory session, we will outline and discuss how telehealth and virtual services are an effective modality for healthcare service delivery specific to the primary care setting. We will also discuss the role telehealth can play in being person-centered, expanding access, and achieving the quadruple aim of lowering cost, improving outcomes, enhancing the patient experience, and improving the work-life of healthcare staff. The target audience for this session includes any staff at in the outpatient setting that is likely to support or participate in a telehealth or virtual service delivery.
