TALKING TELEHEALTH: Telehealth Techniques – Quality Care Online

This session will address ways to provide quality care to individuals, children and adolescents, and groups. How do communication styles need to change when communicating via technology? Presenters will consider issues around clients’ settings, how to assist clients in crisis, setting boundaries and expectations for all involved, and choosing the right therapy.
