Both People and Economy Would Benefit Under Gov's Plan

A recent study, penned by economist Sven Wilson, concluded that implementation of Governor Herbert's Health Utah Plan, a Utah-specific alternative to expanding Medicaid, would generate an estimated $652 million in economic impact to the state. HHS Awards $54.6M in ACA Mental Health Services Funding

Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia M. Burwell announced today $54.6 million in Affordable Care Act funding to support 221 health centers in 47 states and Puerto Rico to establish or expand behavioral health services for over 450,000 people nationwide. Utah Health Centers Contribute More Than Healthy Communities
