Emerging Leaders Series

Series Details

In partnership with the Association for Utah Community Health (AUCH), Relational Leadership Partners (RL Partners) is excited to offer the Emerging Leaders Program—a 6-session leadership development experience designed for mid-level leaders across Utah’s health centers. Grounded in the Relational Leadership framework, this program equips participants with the mindset, skills, and practices to lead collaboratively, create psychological safety, and foster a unified, purpose-driven culture. Through experiential workshops, shared reflection, and peer connection, leaders will gain tools to deepen relationships, build resilient teams, and lead from a place of authenticity and care. 

What to Expect
This highly interactive program includes brief teaching, small group activities, and real-time application. Each session builds on the last, so participants are expected to commit to the full 6-session series. Between sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to apply Relational Leadership skills in their daily work and return ready to share insights and lessons learned. Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion after participating in all six sessions.

Relational Leadership Partners

Relational Leadership Partners (RL Partners) is a mission-driven organization that offers clinician-led programs empowering healthcare teams with skills to foster engagement, psychological safety, and a human-centered culture. It is not adequate to be “nice” in healthcare. RL Partners helps members of healthcare teams work better together by building trust, improving communication, and promoting psychologically safer spaces.
