Overview:

What is it like to be the subject of a 340B audit by HRSA? What do they ask for? What do they look at? How can your organization be prepared? What is a manufacturer audit and what should you do if we receive notice from them?

You will receive this information along with important 340B policy, pharma, and state/federal drug law updates.

The main presenter will be Jesse Glidewell. Jesse has worked with the Office of Pharmacy Affairs as a subcontractor for data management and policy consultation and has been providing audit and consultative services to 340B Covered Entities since 2003. Laura Shane-McWhorter PharmD, BCPS, FASCP, CDE, BC-ADM  will address timely pharma topics, and Roger Fitzpatrick R.Ph, Pharmacy Director at Midtown CHC and Utah State Board of Pharmacy Member, will provide information on local and national pharmacy law developments.
