The AUCH Legislative Agenda is developed annually through solicited input from the full membership, before being approved by the AUCH Board of Directors. It contains policy recommendations, on topics ranging from access to primary and preventive care for medically underserved populations, health care work force issues, and public programs such as Medicaid and CHIP. It is a great resource for health center advocates and policymakers in understanding the multitude of issues and opportunities facing primary and preventive health care in Utah. The agenda is also a reflection of the mission and values at AUCH by highlighting issues of importance to the AUCH membership.
