Utah Navajo Health System, Inc. (UNHS) is located in the Southeastern portion of the Utah strip of the Navajo Reservation in San Juan County. San Juan County is the largest county, geographically, of all 50 states and is classified as a Frontier Area with an average of 1.6 persons per square mile. In addition to three clinics in Utah, UNHS also operates the Navajo Mountain Community Health Center in Tonalea, Arizona.
